Sales Representative

Hypersecu is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. Sales Representatives are primarily responsible for increasing revenue and communicating with clients, as well as preparing presentations and proposals where required.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, including responding to customer inquiries and sending newsletters or other information
  • Identify new business opportunities to expand our demographic and assist the sales department with lead generation
  • Attend trade shows and networking events (some travel within Canada and the U.S. required)
  • Compile data and generate reports such as product and sales analysis
  • Conduct research and remain up to date with industry news
  • Prepare professional product proposals to target clients

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration equivalent
  • Background in information technology or computer science an asset

Requirements

  • Capable of active communication with clients regarding products, proposals, and sales
  • Able to collaborate with internal personnel to ensure that customer objectives are achieved
  • Excellent communication, project management, coordination and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
  • Strong command of the English language; knowledge of other languages is an asset
